Boudain
Boudain
Every since Hoss started talking about brats, I couldn't think of nothing else but firing up the grill! Just got thru grilling some and some boudain and got to wondering how many of yall grill boudain or fry boudain *****. ( I gotta feeling alot of people north of I- 20 don't know what boudain is!)
My cajun wife saw this and wants to scold boiler-rat for misspelling BOUDIN.
. I never had it either until about 3 1/2 years ago when I went to her parents house. My first meal there was boudin. It was very tasty. I have it every time we go to Louisiana.

Been there too. I just end up going to Cecilia exit every time, Boudin Shop has the Crawfish Etoufe' that in my opinion is the best in south LA. Ever tried the crawfish boudin?? Every type is good though..
Try this. Squeeze out all the inerds into a frying pan (pork boudin-a couple of links). Fry it in like a large patty until nice and crisp on both sides. It adds a fried taste to it and is hard to beat.
