This lawsuit is so stupid.

I hope the judge fines Apple for filing the lawsuit as a reminder to look twice before jumping.

i heard donald trump tried to copyright the phrase 'you're fired'. slack *** workers everywhere rejoiced, as their bosses would face a big dilemna- keep them on the payroll, or face a multi-million dollar copyright infringement lawsuit.

 

Maybe he should copyright that ridiculous comb-over too.

 

I disagree for two reasons: 1- NYC should have a 'green coney dog' for their logo as all their apples come from outside the city (country?) limits AND 2- I own stock in Apple™

 

Remember that trademarks need to be defended. Eventually your trademark could be could be ruled as invalid if you haven't taken some action against anyone who uses the same or similiar logo.

 

Be funny if it gets turned around and Apple has to pay up to NY. Sigh, if only I had bought Apple stock about 25 years ago. I would be typing this from my Yacht.
