Best one I have been to is Bubba's Big Bad BBQ. There are only three in Cali. Visalia, Atascadero, and Paso Robles. Best bbq I've ever had at a restaurant.

Cant believe someone else has ever been to Elgin. I used to live there. They even served those sausages at the school every week. Sausages whitebread and beans, what a school menu. Wander if they still do it? Great memories! Oh yhea! County line aint bad either.

Big Bubba's??? Come on girlfriend that not real BBQ! I know you know what Santa Maria style BBQ is. How about the Hitching Post in Casmalia? The Hitching Post in Buelton? There is a place out in Dusty's area thats got some good grub, cant remember the name, but it right on main drag.

We've got some real kicktail BBQ places in my area. Speaking of witch, I had some big ole beef ribs for lunch today.
