Baretta Gets away with Murder..

LOS ANGELES — The jury in the Robert Blake murder trial has found the actor not guilty of the 2001 murder of his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley.

Go ahead and do the crime and you wont do the time!

Just believe the legal system...

No, Baretta did not get away with murder. Somebody someplace did, though...
(And what do you want to bet that they'll never catch the guy who really did it?)

Just for curiosity, was the gun a Beretta?

Just because it's a high profile trial of a celebrity doesn't mean he's guilty. After all, 12 good people looked at all the evidence and decided he was not guilty in a unaminous verdict.

There are a lot of innocent people in prison just because they didn't have the money to pay for a decent defense against the unlimited resources of the state.

listening to the radio today after my flight and scott peterson is getting a room in prison over looking the bay where he tried to put his wifes body, i thought that was some more justice for him to have to look at that and think about it everyday untill he is put to death.

yeah, someone else killed her with his gun and all those people that came forward saying that he asked them to kill her for him were just lying...

it's a conspiracy, just like the one against OJ! good thing he got off too!

He'll die of old age before California executes him.

I wish I was an actor

I've heard the reports that Robert Blake was found not gulty. That makes two actor/murderers that have gotten away with murder (in California no less). I don't know about everyone else but the state of this ol nation is starting to worry me.

Sorry, I didnt see the other post that was started on this matter.

There are lots of people who get away with murder. Most of them are in D.C and the states legislatures.

Bonny Lee Bakley was a real Piece of "work". From what I have read she left a dirty trail everywhere she went. Could have been a dozen others that had cause to whack her. Too bad ole Robert Blake ended up with that thing. It will wind up killing him in the end due to stress etc. Surprised he made it this far. You can take that to the bank.

He is proberly guilty as sin, however with her history and the reasonable doubt loop hole, he's a free man. And yes he seems like the kind of person who if guilty will not be able to handle the stress. I'll get flack for this one, but here it goes," California, the land of fruits and nuts" But much better weather then we have here in WI. I still envey you guys out there!
