Baloney: rinse/reuse pan from yesterday, or new clean pan?

my kid is having a kid, so that makes my wife a grandma.

me & wife are gently kidding each other, and she says i could not feed myself without her, and i keep saying i know how to cook baloney.

so for a few nights in a row, i been just throwing the dog a peice of baloney, throw myself two in the pan, and fry it up.

cheese & mustard, fresh soft white bread, and white milk.
yum. yum. grew up on that, kinda comfort food, if you are all soft & into that.

i just like baloney.

so do you guys:
-rinse the pan
-wash the pan
-get a new pan
-order a pizza

I'm too lazy to even fry it. Throw it between some bread and use a paper towel for a plate. That is what hot sauce is for, so you dont have to use external heat .

1. Let it cool.
2. Let dog lick pan clean.
3. Put pan back on stove for future use.

Well, with the cast iron pan, i just call it "seasoning". I wipe the chunks out, maybe rinse, warm it on stove to evap the water, and reuse.

Rinse the pan, dry it, put it away for the next day.

But man ... you are sure brave giving a dog bologna. There is nothing more lethal than a "bologna dog fart" .

Cheers,

when I cook, I wash the pans as I finish with them. Do the same with knives, spatulas, and anything else I use while cooking.
