I have installed one of those in a custom home,,,that thing controls the HVAC, Lighting and Audio/Video. It is high $$$. ;D

Philips makes that particular model,,Harmon Kardon also makes one, very nice units for the audiophile. Your looking for a Philips Pronto in the neighborhood of $300.

I had that one, it was great to have just 1 remote.
I've seen them lately for $129.
I took mine back after a month though, the writing was too small to see without my reading glasses.
