That was my thought too. Then I read the recipe, and ran like a little boy to my wife and begged her to make some for me Sounds quite tasty to me. Will find out later today. I have daughters that love to bake!!!!!
For now, I've got my rubarb and cottage cheese pie. I'll have to try....er....get the GF to try Kembles recipe later.

I'm dead serious about the pie too!!!

My favorite: Pumkin Cheesecake Pie YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients


1 pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin

Topping


1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla


Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°.

2. Place all ingredients into blender.

3. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

4. Pour into prepared pie plate. ( a premade piecrust or pizza crust works)

5. Bake about 45 minutes.

6. Remove from oven.

Topping

1. Mix ingredients.

2. Spread over pie.

3. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I better let wifey see it on this site or she will think girlfriend gave it to me, then I will get kicked out of house, girlfriend wont let me stay with her because husband wont approve. this whole recipe thing could cause lots of problems maybe you could just send brownies to po box let me know if you need address

Yeah your on the right track. Show both the women the recipe on the forums. Then ask both of them to make you some. Then sit back relax at either house and eat Brownies.

Brownies Rock! The pumpkin cheesecake pie is also very tasty. Might want to change the topping mix from sour cream to cream cheese. just my thought. I like the pie without any topping. What else we got out there

Yes I did. They are really good,and filling. I could drizzle that carmel on just about anything and eat it My wife wanted to use it on sliced apples
