I agree... And that's why a lot of Cummins owners I talk to have never heard of KDP, 53 block, 5th gear nut, etc...

See now...that's the difference. At 45 I own my $650K house outright and own 2 more in OR. All my toys are paid for. If I can't pay cash..I don't buy it. But believe me...to get there I had to pass on the toys early on. I always laugh at kids with $30K cars and nary a nickle to their name. Guess what?..that $600K house ain't gonna get cheaper while you play with toys that drop in value.

FWIW..I don't make a ton of money...just spend it wisely.

Hired a 30 yr. old the other day, we were framing up an addition. He finally admitted to me that I just about killed him trying to keep up with me all day.

Guess when your used to hard work all your life, your like a Cummins engine.
id like to work with you anytime then. cuz i love busting my ***** for a honest days wages. nothing wrong with a good hard day of work if you ask me.

Smile Old but not the oldest

Waam here' Wife says I'am dirt, I told her if it wasn't for me she would be like leaves in the wind. I'll be 72 in Nov. Bought first Dodge truck in 1973 318 three speed. 128 tho. miles, one new radiator and four new or rebuilt alternators. No brakes or any other new parts. 1973 was the first year that Dodge came out with electronic ignition, which gave it a lot hotter spark. Have a good one. waam Holland, Mich.
