Automotive window replacement and repair course?

Im curious if anyone knows of a place to take a automotive window repair/replacment courses? Does 3M do any courses. Im located in Texas and know you can make a ton of money doing it. Any one in the buisness or has had training from a certain company. Any information will be helpful thanks.

Here in the east coast we cannot compete with Glass World or Triumph Auto Glass. They do auto glass way to cheap, they come to where ever the vehicle is to do it, they bill the insurance company, they waive the deductible, and they do it fast. I used to do alot of auto glass but now I dont even do my own anymore. It is to cheap and easy to have them do it.

My dad is a Insurance Agent so if I were to open a business, he would send them my way. Im just curious as to where I can take a class or two. I live in San Antonio, Texas so there are plenty of people who need glass replaced.
