Asylum Breakroom 4/22-4/28 Everybody Including Marines Welcome
evenin all.
spent last night down at the trailer at our camping spot. finished putting together the 8x10 shed we bought to store things in down there. started tuesday got the floor frame together and leveled and bought the plywood for the floor but got rained out.
my dad leaves for ohio tomorrow, starts his new job on monday. he is working for a company called A.O. Smith. they make electric motors and water heaters. those around that are farmers, (especially those that have been in the biz for a while), probly know the name from the blue Harvestore silos that were made years ago. still see a few scattered about. real high end silos at the time.
still no job for me yet. i have an interview on tuesday at a Freightliner dealer in Dayton, OH.
had a showing on the house this morning, house has only been on MLS (Multi Listing, for those familiar with real estate), for 12 hours.
well, thats 'bout it.

Back in good ole USA!!!
Hi gang,
We are back out of Mexico and worked our way up thru California spending a lot of time in the NW section in the redwoods. Gorgeous. Even had good weather - - in April no less. Had a herd of elk completely around the RV two nights ago - - about 50 females. The boys were nearby the day before. Took some great pics right out the big window in the back as there were peering in trying to see what was going on in there. We are now in Oregon enjoying more wonderful weather - - bright sun, blue skies and 52 degrees. Great landscapes with rugged coastlines, rocks, mountains, trees - - really pretty country. White Ghost is running great in spite of still carrying about a ton of Mexican dirt. Boy it is diry down there in the desert - - blowing all the time. Still had a great time.
Looks all is about the same around here - - the coffee smells horrible - - no foo foo - - no donuts - - no banana bread - - sure can tell Chaikwa has been gone. So, I will just have to brew my own coffee - - hmmm, I think it is Vanilla Raspberry today - - yeh.
Ya'll take care - - I will try and post some more pictures later.

Hello! Anyone here?
Geez, no coffee, no donuts, no Marines to harrass, no pesky admin guys, no grumpy janitors, no wondering 5verBobers, no TOPS, no Shovelhead Eds, no wannabemes, not even the peanut gallery. What's this world coming to?

Wow, what does it mean when the caveman is the first one in the room?
I hope I can get to fix the light on my truck today (one tail light is on when the running lights are on, but the brake and flash don't work)

A real buddy.
Been there, done that - - no thanks.
The water tank smells like a Clorox factory.
Been working hard to get it to clear out - - just about there. Yep, I'm around, Geico. Thinking about you on Monday - - saw a lizard chasing a bug while having lunch along the Oregon coastline - - gorgeous spot. Commented to the wife - - gee, Geico is here. Hmmmm, interesting look I got.
Another great day wandering the Oregon coastline, walking the beach with about 100 seals around - - wow they are loud. Lots of mamas with their new babies. Cold and rainy today - - yeh, I know - - what's new???? Found a great seafood shack for stuffed baked cod and clam chowder. The Oregon State parks are quite impressive. Good campgrounds, too.
OK, outa here - - coffee wasn't too bad, Chaikwa, considering it wasn't good foo foo stuff. Oh well, can't have it all at the same time.
