Agreed,

That is part of the problem with today's youth, they don't have quality cartoons to watch. Beep Beep

Oh Yeah...I love the Roadrunner...Wiley Coyote kept Acme in the black for years

The cartoons today are nothing more than advertisements for cheaply made, high priced toys.

I still find it soooooooooo stupid that some idiots somewhere decided to censore and cut portions of the looney tunes cartoons...due to violence..

Have you seen some on the new animations?.....wow...Now those I would consider violent..There was nothing violent with old 40,50 and 60's looney tunes cartoons..

We all turned out ok...I think..

My FIL bought me the whole Looney Tunes boxed set after my first was born so we could watch 'real' cartoons together.

I grew up with guns and knives, no bike helmets or warning labels and I turned out ok.

Yep, that commercial made me chuckle.
We almost always mute the commercials, but this one was ok.
I can remember having to build a coat hanger and tin foil contraption for the top of our tv in order to extend the pathetic rabbit ears. We lived so far out in the country, the signal was very weak by the time it reached us. We had to come up with some pretty cleaver ideas just to watch our Saturday morning cartoons.
Our family had to take turns holding the contraption long enough for my father to watch Monday Night Football... lol... those were the days.

Little rascals

3 stooges

Laurel and Hardy

Abbot and Costello

Tom and Jerry was one of my favorite "cartoons".... as well as "speed racer".....

I watched that speed racer now, and I think to myself..... WhY?

that would explain why I am so ........ " #$@ " -d up ???
