Sorry about the lack of a sig. I seldom post anywhere.<br>I use QB version 5. No problem. I can back up to my zip drive, my cd burner, a compact flash card or floppy.<br>I think you might back up to floppies, uninstall the program, re-install and restore. QB should &quot;see&quot; any writable drive on your computer. <br>L. D. Bryant

Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I uninstalled QB and reformatted another new CDR disk. Reinstalled QB and now everything is working great. Don't know if reinstalling the program or reformatting the CDR disk did the trick. <br>Much better than using floppy disks!<br><br>Thanks again for the help.
