Well, it just depends if the boom is still going on around there. I know they just opened up a bunch of new drilling to the north and east of there so it may be booming pretty good. I was through there a couple years ago and it was packed as could be with oil trucks. So, like other boom towns, it may not be as cheap as you would think. Good luck in you search.
