Anybody know this dog?

I found him in Trainer, PA a couple weeks ago. Can't seem to track down the owner. He knows several tricks and is really well behaved except for stealing food off the kitchen counter when nobody's around.
Haven't figured out his name yet, but we refer to him as Brownie McMuffins (was just "Muffins" before the brownie incident).

OH MY GOD!
That's my puppy!
I wonder how he escaped and got all the way to Pennsylvania! That dog was slated to be ran through the bioDiesel refinery this Thursday.
So, if you'd kindly ship him back here to me, I'd get enough fuel to run to Mexico this weekend. Currently I'm out of doggies and down to horsies, and they don't have squat for cetane value.

All three names are correct here in the states I think
Mine answers to Ralph and yes, they will steal anything they feel like they need. And what burns me is theyre so smart, they know to do it while you arent around so as not to risk punishment.

And probably knows how to spell honor.
I will have to agree.
The wife and son each have a Border Collie.
They can kill chickens and never be suspected.
Cats have a way of mysteriously disappearing from the neighborhood.
When a gun fires, they are already under the porch five minutes ago.
There ain't a door they can't figure out.
As to the fugitive dog in question, I am gonna surmise that he was told to stay in the truck and didn't listen too well.
Somewhere, there is a little, mis-treated, woe-begotten child, whose wholeworld revolved around said dog, that has been heart-broken and crying their eyes out, since it's disappearance.
Now, here you get to be the big Disney movie hero and re-unite this poor lost dog with it's rightful master.
