Anybody else using "Mapcard" from Remington?
I bought a year subscription to this to see how I like it. It is a pretty nice mapping tool that gives you satellite aerial shots, topo maps and street maps. You can over lay road names onto satellite maps. Very nice for people who spend time in the outdoors hunting, hiking, mountain biking or dirt bike riding. They even offer a free program called "EasyGPS" that lets you interface waypoint and route data from a GPS receiver into the program.
One example: I went to our hunting lease and recorded the boundaries of the lease and suitable trees to hunt from as waypoints. I then downloaded these waypoints onto an aerial view and printed it out. Very handy for terrain you are not familiar with.
Other features: You can save your personnal maps on the server as well. You can draw lines on the map and it will figure area for you. Lots more that I can't think of.
They offer a free trial for a week I think.
Just wondered if anyone else used it and what they use it for.
