I need to purchase eight pillow blocks with stainless steel or aluminum housings. They are for use on a trailer that is stored outdoors. I am afraid that cast iron will rust.

Any idea on where to get these cheap?

I am even considering pillow blocks with plastic inserts instead of bearings to save money. The pillow blocks will rarely move, but they have to survive 4000 to 5000 miles of travel each year. The fixture with the blocks will be tied down securely during travel.
