Why won't the Atlas fit?

 

It was built for a TJ cummins conversion

 

yeppers nv4500 built by advance adapters for a Tj conversion (cummins 4 banger ) it was sitting in a garage for 9 months the guy is moving and having a baby need to get rid of the stuff. All going well it should bolt right up I need to get new clutch anyways and this fell into my lap by sheer fluke
