We had a great trip,
~1,400 miles,
3 closed interstates,
rained the whole way up,
hit a deer at 11p.m. last night in the middle of nowhere outside of Martinsville V.A. tore up the side of the van,
didn't have anything to kill it with,
a deputy shot it twice,
45 min. later when I went to check it, it was still trying to cross the road,
cut it's windpipe,
waited another 1.5 hours for a trooper to file a report,
finally got back to Raleigh about noon,
have to finish a paper for tomorrow.

but really, it was great (not sarcasm, it was fun, except for ^)

 

Yeah, their football team is driving me crazy.
