Any A/C guys on here?

Ok, we got home from grocery shopping to find the house @90*. This is the 2nd time in less then 2 months that this has happened. Last time they replaced the fan and solenoid.
At 1st the A/C was running when we got home, but still hot, the pipe going into the house was could so it was working but then I noticed that the inside fan wasnt on. Still wont turn on and after going checking fuses, disconnects, the **** A/C wont turn on at all!
While i was in the attic, when you turn the thermostat switch to ON from auto, on the fan unit itself there are 2 blinking lights. Any idea what this means? It is a Lennox Aire-Flo by the way.
I had planned on turning the heat on to see if there was something to that but its too hot in here for the heat since the thermostat only goes to 88!! On top of all this my wife is pregnant! What a day!
Any ideas here?

By thermostat switch to on, do you mean the fan switch? And what pipe do you mean was could, do you mean cold? By replacing the fan and solenoid, is that the outside unit or inside unit?
Not trying to be difficult, but your descriptions are kinda vague.
Answer some of my questions, and I will try to guide you in the right direction.

Yes, the fan switch to Auto/On. The pipe I was refering to is the copper pipe outside from the outside unit to the house. And the fan motor and solenoid were replaced on the outside unit.

With the fan switch turned to on, the indoor blower should be running no matter what, unless there's a tripped breaker, relay stuck open, bad fan timer board, but none of which are likely. Not impossible, but not likely.
Tell me what exactly happens when you turn the cooling on.
Indoor fan runs? Outside unit is doing what? Make sure the fan outside is running, not just the compressor. Also check for ice build up on the line that you said was cold. Should be two copper lines. One should have insulation on it, and the other one will be smaller with no insulation.
