Any snowmobile guys in here?

I am sure some of you guys are towing sleds. Season is just about upon us. I do not trail ride much but love drags. More on the asphalt than anything else. Ice will be here soon.

Been out of sledding for a couple years now. But that why my screen name is what it is. Used to race and sell sleds.

I ride a 97 Mountain Max with pipes, clutch, 152" track and lightweight seat.. about time to get something newer but it still runs good.

My dad has an 06 RMK 700 and I rode it and I couldn't get used to the new, slimmer and taller feeling and rolled it pretty quick on a hill I guess it'll take some getting used to

You guys are out in the steep and deep. Nice sleds. 144 track. Put the eggs on the griddle when the front pulls in the yard and they will be ready by the timie the backend gets there. That sure is long. I run a 136 on ice and that is long for here.

Three years ago I sold my 02 Polaris XC 800 SP. It had 600 miles on it after three years of ownership, that's how much snow we have had in Minn. I'll tell you what tho, that thing would flat haul the mail

How bad is this? In two years I put 21 miles on my 800rev. Sad. No time for it.

4 of em, sadly 07 mxz-xrs, 02 600 mxzx, 02 mxz sport, and 00 mxz 700.

Sad part is I own 3 of em!

All of them 'cept the 07 have 6k+ miles, and all owned since new. I only rode 6-8 times last year, but the 07 already has over 1k miles.

Own a house up in the tug hill plateau, 50 acres, and lots of other toys. So, I'm there every weekend and have NO excuse to not ride. Usually go up a few times during the week once winter hits and ride until its time to come home for work the next day.

Sleep? Who needs it...

I used to ride a sxr 700 until it was stolen 4 years ago. I then coverted over to an atv. Good thing I did, like the couple posts above we have not had much snow here in MN the last few years. The start of this year is looking o.k. though. 4-6 this last weekend, and another 2-4 for tomorrow.

Hey xtoyz...you know, if you ever need someone to ride with, I could always dust off one of your sleds for you and keep you company ... I sold my sled a few years ago when I bought my first diesel, and have missed it since. Polaris 600XC-SP with the M-10 and a 144...took it out to Colorado once when my GF lived out there...Guys were runnin 188" tracks and I looked like my sled was out of a cereal box.

Ha, good luck. The 07, 02x, and 00 are mine. Dad rides one, the girl rides another, and 07 is my special little treat. The other 02? Well, you might have a shot at prying that away from my mom...

I have four of these things as well. I am single so what on earth am I doing with 4? The 600xp ran 11.10 in the quarter at 113. At that time a possible record for a stocker. My rev 800 ran 10.7 without the spray. My xcr ran 10.1 without much done to it. Little work will run 9's. Got the new motor in my Mach Z finally. Dynoed 261. Have a bog that is unreal due to clutch clearances. Runs in the nines right now with power for the 8's. Kind of losing interest.
