There was a teenager that blew up his Dodge 1500 doing the same thing a while back.


I can expect that kind of stupidity from a teenage boy, but from a married couple? A woman should know better, don't you think?

I'm surprised that could happen twice in one lifetime. Who is going to put an explosive balloon in their back seat?
