It seems this forum is getting "newbes" regularly. And it seems there are repeating posts for boxes/programmers on a weekly if not daily basis.

How about a section devoted to boxes/programmers that would be like a testimonial. That way there would be a place for all to get info on a particular brand in one spot.

Owners of a particular box can post likes and dislikes for all to see and hopefully bring down the "What box or Who has....?" posts that seem to be appearing daily.

I stay away for a couple days and there are 5-8 pages of unread posts in the 3rd Gen performance section alone. AND some are already repeats....

OK, I'll quit thinkin' for now.

 

i agree, however its ALWAYS been like that. i was also guilty of this back in the day. If they would take 30 seconds and search it before they post it we could cut down on 90% of the newbie posts. ah, the joys of learning

 

you mean threads like this one? its been mentioned before and complained about but its a lost cause. hope you dont get an eafull of why not.....

 

That won't be an issue The idiots that send complaints to people because they ask a question in the forums are promptly removed. This forum is all about asking a question, to tell someone they can't ask one here is absolutely absurd.

It would be nice if some of them used the search feature a little more, but it is NOT a requirement.
