Am I the only one?

Whenever I start a project I check here first.

I just want to make sure that someone has not got some super-duper insight that I do not know about (yet).

We on this site have too many Diesel freaks not to take advantage of them and their expertise in fixing any given problem with our trucks.

If need be I'll put it in the help forum as I've personally helped several out there before.(In less than 45 mins. I might add!)

I always do. I always try to find the 'gotchas' beforehand so I don't screw up.

Me too. It's called "research". Gotten lots of good ideas from you guys. I tend to research things to death. I had my CB for about 3 months before I decided where and how to mount it. Another month to decide on the antenna setup!!

i usually do a search for my upcoming mod, then print out any helpful hints(sometimes there is sarcasm, I dont understand ). It does help. Especially on the tone ring mod, the pics that went with that post were great to have to ensure you filed the slots in the right direction.

No you're not the only one. It's just common sense to check here first because you know someone has travelled the same road before.
