Mmmmm. Cracker barrel. I'm digging in the bacon and lovin it. Had my annual physical on Friday, and the doc said I'm doing excellent taking care of my health. Well,no way am I proving him right.

Morning gang. Fresh coffee and ph00 are on for y00. Also brought some baked banana/nut French toast with maple syrup for y'all.

Just got in from about a ten mile run on my bike. Beautiful out there before that hot sun gets the temp and humididy up. Was getting a big sticky as I rode up the driveway. Passed about 10 other riders and maybe 15 out walking their dogs. Great way to get the day up and running. Going in a finish up the rest of the French toast and then get to work.
