I have to admit I like the sauce.

Gotta pace myself though to keep my liver in decent shape if I want to continue it into my older years.

Moderation is key!

David, why do you ask?
I think most people have at least one Vice, most of my family was or is addicted to one thing or another. Gambiling is the hot thing around here to waste your life and money away on. I don't drink too much very often, but "escape" every once in a while through other means.

I use to have 3-4 every day. Then started watching some friends with problems, all had to much alcohol. Now 2-3 a week is all.

Getting so I like D-2 fumes.

When you have alot of Irish in you and both of your grandfathers died of complications from excessive alcohol intake it makes you think about what you are doing.

When I found out many years ago that between my genes and my metabolism and my size, at that time, that I could drink most people under the table and not feel the effects I realized that the combination was not conducive to being successful in life.

My parents both came from alcohol-broken homes so they never drank - they let me and my brothers know it would not be tolerated but let us learn for ourselves the lesson that only experience can teach. When it became apparent to me that it was very expensive to catch and keep a buzz on any kind of regular basis I decided that I would spend my money and brain cells a little more wisely.

My sincere wish is that those of you who have fallen off the wagon for whatever reason find the intestinal fortitude to claw, scratch, and fight your way back ontot the wagon. Life is too short and to precious to spend it in a fog.
