Got three days off. My wife's at work and the 2 year old is sleeping. I'm just sitting around smoking a big pork roast for some homemade pulled pork BBQ for tomorrow. It'll take about 9-10 hours to finish but it's worth it. Gee, I guess I should have invited someone over to help eat it.............
I need to get outside and wash the monster but it's 95 degrees out there so here I sit at the computer.

You should get out and play in the water at 95F* !!! I would be washing the beast at that temp then Zzzzzzzzzzz it up in front of the computer... But oh well...

Rainy and mild up here in Iowa. I hafta work too, but atleast it is night shift. I get to watch about fifteen to twenty different fireworks displays during my drive to work! Sucks not seeing them with the wife and kids, though...

now that sounds good , i think i can smell it cooking down here in fl , i spent most of the day working on truck and wifes , tomarow putting the boat in the water and not coming out untill ahhahahahahahahahah happy 4th every one , and have a safe week end

Have the weekend off. Went after the big red truck with the Meguiars Three Step System bright and early this morning, and it's looking great. Going to the drive-in movie tonight with my daughter (wife's sleep schedule gets thrown off and she is a zombie for a few days so she stays home).

Don't forget to thank a vet for our freedom that we are celebrating tomorrow!

Yep! Rode 250 miles yesterday with my buds. The new seat on my Hog killed my butt though.....
Washed the truck this morning and going to a family get together at my Dad's place today. Doves on the grill, dove gumbo and lot's of beer and margaritas!

Well, I'm finishing the Pork BBQ right now and I also threw some chicken on the smoker while it was hot. YUM!!!
My wifes getting tired of the smoky smell but I love it. It's supposed to rain so the truck may still not get washed but I'm gonna rotate the tires today for sure.....
The only Hog I rode this weekend was the riding mower this morning before it gets too hot. It's humid as heck already and it's not even that hot yet......

Sounds good, stuck here today, but it's raining anyway. Would've called in if it was nice out. Had some good burgers over the char-coal last night. Corn-on-the-cob, fruit salad, a little Cap't. Morgan in the grapefruit juice.....
Was gonna take Chrissie to the trout pond today and do some more grilling, if the weather heald out.
