Did you see the new 16.5" Humvee tires? Says they are new, but they look slightly beat! Wonder how old they are? I had the old Goodyear M/T's -- directional tread, hard compound. Was a really great tire -- wore like iron and gripped very well. I couldn't get any replacements, though. The Government contracted for that pattern, and Goodyear stopped selling it to the public, changing instead to the MT/R. I was told if I had a friend in National Guard Supply, maybe I could get a bootleg set. Not worth sending a guy to Leavenworth just for a set of tires.....or maybe?

Nah, I'm looking for an in-bed type.

I can see a use for having one of those trailors. Diesel weighs about 8 pounds a gallon?

So that's nothing. What, two tons? We can pull that no problem...
Actually, we could probably put that in our bed if we have the overload springs. And some timbrens and airbags, maybe.

It is just a fuel transport tank, correct? I guess I'm missing the funny...

I wouldn't mind having one.

Like was said before, it would be great for filling up at the less expen$ive fuel station a couple of hours away, and having your own hedge against rising winter diesel fuel increa$e$.

for the biodieselers, it would make a great storage tank. Good thing I dont have the parking space to spare.
