The 4th of July Breakroom!!! (bring your own fireworks)
Evenin, all.
Scott, that's a nice setup, but it looks pretty close to scraping. Good job on the setup, tho.
Came home, worked one my 'coffee table' for man land, I got a cable spool, sanded it and put some stain on it... gonna polly it after the stain seals good. More of nostalgia, my parents had two of them when I was a kid, I'm trying to relive my youth. Yeah, yeah, long time ago, I know.
Gotta get up early and go do some concrete work. I can gaurontee (south Louisiana accent) that my knee will be screaming for mercy when I get home.
Had some great taco pizza tonight for supper, I have an awesome wife who is also a wonderful cook.
Ok. Gonna finish patrolling the DTR and hit the rack.

Morning all.
Today is Saturday, July 10th.
On this day in 1679 - The British crown claimed New Hampshire as a royal colony.
1776 - The statue of King George III was pulled down in New York City.
1778 - In support of the American Revolution, Louis XVI declared war on England.

1890 - Wyoming became the 44th state to join the United States.
1900 - ‘His Master’s Voice’, was registered with the U.S. Patent Office. The logo of the Victor Recording Company, and later, RCA Victor, shows the dog, Nipper, looking into the horn of a gramophone machine.
1913 - The highest temperature ever recorded in the U.S. was 134 degrees in Death Valley, CA.
1919 - The Treaty of Versailles was hand delivered to the U.S. Senate by President Wilson.
1940 - The 114-day Battle of Britain began during World War II.
1951 - Armistice talks aimed at ending the Korean conflict began at Kaesong.
1953 - American forces withdraw from Pork Chop Hill in Korea after heavy fighting.
1985 - Coca-Cola resumed selling the old formula of Coke, it was renamed "Coca-Cola Classic." It was also announced that they would continue to sell "New" Coke.
1997 - Scientists in London said DNA from a Neanderthal skeleton supported a theory that all humanity descended from an "African Eve" 100,000 to 200,000 years ago.
1998 - The U.S. military delivered the remains of Air Force 1st Lt. Michael Blassie to his family in St. Louis. He had been placed in Arlington Cemetery's Tomb of the Unknown in 1984. His identity had been confirmed with DNA tests.
1998 - The Diocese of Dallas agreed to pay $23.4 million to nine former altar boys who said they had been molested by a priest.
Cophee & ph00 are ready.

Gotta go wash and wax the truck and trailer. Going to an event this after noon and evening at a dragway. First time I ever been to the drags so maybe it'll be fun.

It is VERY close to scraping, both the receiver on the rear bumper and the skid plate on the gas tank. That's why you'll notice blocks at the base of the ramps and the body is tilted slightly so the break-over angle is less at the top. Otherwise, both those items WILL scrape. I coulda eliminated both problems by making 2' longer ramps but I didn't want to spend the $ for another 2 lengths of 3" channel and another length of 2" angle.
There I fixed it.

I guess talking about Bobby's Speedo's got me wrangled into the next ordeal with Scott but hey...there ain't no secrets on the DTR.
One look at my LEGGS and well...

Lary has the LEGGS of ENVY and I am proud to say he is my older TWIN.
If none of this made sense...oh well. I need more

Why just a mere photo of them placed under an out building, keeps away small children, vermin and other such creatures

Mornin' All!
Should've called in today. I'm gonna miss out on all the nice weather outside.
Worked on the truck last night and blew another headlight switch......
Can't find any problem unless the switch to LEDs has some kind of weird result......
Gonna have to play more.

Wow! That HAS to be a dead short somewhere. You sure you didn't bare a wire inadvertently? Awful easy to do and never realize it... ask me how I know!

Cant find one... and I can get at just about everything with the dash all torn apart like it is........ Remembering Ohm's law and resistance in parallel circuits I think perhaps the LEDs aren't offering enough resistance to handle all the amperage available......or something like that.
