so the wifes car (73 charger) has a pretty bad exhaust leak and she thinks she messed up her headers. so my question is will the headers off of my 79 lil red express 360 bolt up to the 318?

 

You need to check with the header manufacturer!
I think the truck chassis is higher and those headers will hit the floor pan. They will bolt up to the heads ok.

 

Thanks! thats what i was wondering..... if they will bolt up..... i'm guessing your right and they will either hang too low or not low enough. i know the ones on my lil red are some OLD hooker full length headers... can't remember whats on her car though.... i think they are hookers but i'm not sure.

 

A set of headers shouldn't be too expensive.
