2nd gen 12v for 1st gen 12v....would you???
thinking about trading the '97 in my sig for this 1st gen + I'd get some cash for mine on top of it. what do you guys think

According to that thread, he's already sold it. Regardless, I'm not sure that I'd trade off a '97 unless you had a very good reason to want it gone. I love my 1st gen but I've been tempted a few times to look at a 12V 2nd gen. primarily because of the P-pump. Depends on what you want I guess.
