Hello All,

I am looking to buy a new 1500 Laramie and want to know if anyone has heard of any differences in the 2011 model year that I should know about. I am having a tough time finding what I want in a 2010 anyway but the prices are making me look hard. I have found an exact 2011 but really don't see anything to justify the difference in price. Anyone know any changes? Thanks

 

As far as I know there are no major changes, a friend at work bought a 2010 about 6 months ago and they are very nice trucks. What area are you in?

 

I think I noticed that you can hear the MDS working with you hearing a deeper exhaust sound while running on 4, on the 2011.

That may be true on the '10 also but I've never witnessed it.

 

No power programmers available for the 2011's and the throttle lag on these things get's kind of annoying after awhile. I have a 2011 Sport with the 5.7 and 3.92 gears, love it for the most part.
