2006 Chrysler 300C SRT-8 PICS
I am interested in the European version. A 300-C front clip on a Magnum body.

I'm not very fond of the square grills, but the Magnum is a very nice car. I've only seen a couple, though- I don't think they're selling well.
The Charger even looks good, but I hate the fact that it's a 4-door.
Any details on the new Hemi? Is it just a bored/ stroked 5.7 or is it entirely different?
Ahh yes, the 426... A number as hallowed as 5.9.

I'll go along with you there but the Hemi and Cummins both made top ten engines last year. It's not a 426 but the first Hemi was 341cid wasn't it? It was a strong small block as well. All of our trucks are thirsty compared to a Prius.
Mine just has a drinking problem.

LOL, yes All our trucks have a issue with the drink...
Dont get me wrong, the Idea for the Magnum is flat out cool. A high performance station wagon. C'mon guys, who offers a station wagon anymore? Ever more so, one with Cajones?
Also, the Charger idea is great, but it needs to be more original, like the new mustang.
JMHO,
Dom

There was actually like a 276 or something close. My son has one at his place.
from http://www.71superbee.com/Hemi :
In 1951, Chrysler introduced the Hemi V8 engine to the public. This engine had 331 cubic inches and featured hemispherical combustion chambers. This engine produced 180 horsepower at 4000 rpm. The first cars to host this new engine were the New Yorker and Saratoga lines. Chrysler, DeSoto, Dodge, Imperial, and Plymouth were the first cars to offer a Hemi engine as an option. Chrysler referred to these engines as the "Red Ram", "Firedome" and "Firepower" motors. These early 301, 331, 354, and 392 ci motors, had little in common with the 426 except for the basic valve train arrangement and spark plug location.
