I currently do not have a dodge diesel, although it is in the works. Any helpful hints on what to look for? I've learned that the 98-02(?) if a 53 is forged on the drivers side of the block to try and stay away from those. Any other hints or tips when looking for a 24 valve 98-02 cummins diesels?

My other interests auto wise is the American Icon the corvette.
I hope this sparks some conversation with you diesel-boys(and girls), I love to learn more about the cummins or even the diesel engine in general
