1997 F150 belt tensioner replacement

I need some help figuring out how to replace the belt tensioner on my paw-in-law's truck. It looks like the radiator cover and shroud will have to come off just to have enough room to get to the tensioner. Does anyone have any tips on making this job easy? Where can I find the torque specs for the three tensioner bolts? The Ford forums I've checked haven't been much help.

Thanks
