1989 dodge w250

hey guys i have a 89 w250 wit a 318 and a 727 and i was wondering what i could do to give it a little more power so it doesnt dog out on me.. cause right not it has no power i cant even power brake if i wanted 2.. if im in packed dirt and the front wheels get stuck the rear tires wont even try to spin and the motor just dogs out..... any suggestions? i just rebuilt the motor and tranny so i realy shouldnt be doing this.....i dont kno if this is the right spot to post this but thankx for reading and hopefuly helping me

When was the last time the carburator was rebuilt? They're prone for choking out on those. Most ofl the old military dodges (880's) required left foot braking to keep the engine running.

its a throttle body..... i also just replaced the fuel pump...

A different torque converter would help. Something with a higher stall speed.
