1/8 or 1/4

I am looking to buy this car but but I can't figure out if the time is for 1/8 or 1/4

The guy said that it runs a 10.80-10.90. with a 355 SBC, 5.13:1 rearend, Powerglide tranny w/8" converter. Said that car weights 3000 with him in it.
Any Ideas?

I'd have to guess it's a 1/4 mile time.
My stone stock 440 Cuda would do 8s in the 1/8th.

Slicks and a rollcage would lead one to believe it is a 10 second 1/4.

Right now we have a 83 camaro that runs low to mid 6's in 1/8.
The main reason I ask is because most of this car is still stock. Front suspension, floor pans, glass windows, dash, is all still factory. I have another motor and going to be making alot of changes, to get rid of some more weight. Can't really pass up the price for it.

10's would be a solid 1/4 mile.

That's a heck of a fast trip for a beer run.
