I went this morning, helped a manager break up a fight over some batteries. Batteries!?! There were more 2 shelvs over!

I'm about to put it in the fryer. I do them the same way as a turkey, they taste better, and are lots cheaper. Give me 45 or so, she'll be ready!!!

Merry Christmas! B-team gone for the day, the A-team is here to take over. Coffee's on, fresh donut holes and chips'n dip. Sit back, relax and wait for the big... if you've been good. Watch your relatives (and yourselves) close, the medical calls are already starting up.

 

On duty tonight myself. Coffee is hot, fresh home made cookies, and home made yeast rolls.

Stop on by and grab some or I might just have to eat them myself.

Night, all. I think that I ate/drank something bad, not feeling too good. Maybe I should not have tried frying those hotdogs when I was frying the chicken. Oh, well. Gonna be dumb, gotta be tough. Hope everyone gets what they want for Christmas!!

 

The wife's getting what she wants, she just doesn't know it. Hope you aren't too poisoned up from the fried hot dogs. Everybody knows you're supposed to use cornmeal breading before you fry 'em.

I just got my goodnight call from Mrs. Pistol who informed me that the last of "Santa's Gifts" are locked up tight in my truck with the wrapping paper .... and the spare set of keys .
I guess whoever has presents out in the truck will join the scavenger hunt to help mommy find the main set of keys ... pronto.

Gonna go turn over the duty to the next guy and head over to a buddies house later on for Christmas dinner !! Sure is cool of them to invite all the single and geographical bachelors into their home on a day like this.

I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and I will be looking for all kinds of left-overs in the breakroom fridge tomorrow morning !!

I just acquired a fine Christmas gift. My dependable, never gives me a problem, ever-loving pickup just decided to spout another tranny line leak. A couple weeks ago, the cooler lines chaffed and started leaking. Brazed that up and thought I was golden. Now, the short flex line on the side of the exchanger is spouting.

Nobody is going to be open in the morning for more fluid or parts. Hope I get home in the morning.

Might have to abandon ship and let it wait.

Drinking coffee here everyday sure is a treat.
Even though it's "mindless chatter" it is kinda neat.
Where else could such a rag tag bunch of misfits go and get along so well
Drinking bad coffee, eating stale donuts, with lots of stories to tell.
Mindless chatter ain't so bad amongst good friends
after all when you feel comfortable you say what you want, in the end.

 

Hey, Lizard Breath, how many scoops of coffee you put in the pot this AM? You need at LEAST one scoop per cup, ie; 12 cup coffee pot needs 12 scoops of coffee. This stuff you made barely qualifies as warm, rusty water!

Sheesh, I take a coupla sick days and the place falls apart; weak coffee, keys locked in trucks, sick drill instructors, leaking tranny's, the lizard boy is making like a poet... what's next? Top gonna come in an start singin' Christmas carols?

Oh, and one more thing...

Good morning to all and a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. Hope Santa was nice to y'all and did not leave you with a lump of coal. Absolutely georgeous day here weatherwise. The skies are a wonderful blue, there is just the hint of a breeze and so far, no clouds. It's still a bit cool as it is only 62F at 10:25, but is warming up rapidly. Ahhhhh, Paradise.
