Sherod, I think the bus and the same era medium duty trucks used the same fuse block and harness. I had one several years back that experienced a fuse block fire due to poorly routed/protected wires. That was a truck. 90 topkick 6500 I think. Guy located what we required, and I think it came from someone's bouse.
Just a thought. Crossed my mind when there was nothing to stop it.
Half nice day today, sunny til 6 then just a bit of rain. Abnormal week for me, but then my normal would frighten most people, so we'll leave abnormal well enough alone.

Mine is still on this planet so he hasn't gone far enough---yet.
including Skeleton Crew which I had wanted to re-read.
Also got the unabridged (1152 pages) edition of The Stand for a buck. Love reading his books during the winter.
I gotta get back on schedule. Fell asleep in the lazy boy and woke up three hours later.
Hmmm, maybe the shrews are slipping something more than turds in my drinks.
It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!

Morning. As usual it's too early for most of you to be around. Tim Horton's coffee is brewing. Roiibos ph00 is ready. Somebody else can bring breakfast.
Just waiting for it to get a bit lighter outside, then going to load the truck and head an hour out of town to another property that I own in the country. We have had a lot of rain and there are a couple of places in the dam wall that are eroding, so need to fix those before they get too bad. All wheelbarrow, pick and shovel work. There will be other work that needs doing, so today will be a work day. This is at an 8,000 foot altitude. Many of you would get out of breath just standing around drinking coffee. Even tho the temperature does not get very high by the numbers, the sun there burns very quickly and is the only place I wear a hat while working in the sun.
Hope all of you have a great Shrewturday.

Well, it seems like that might be the only way to keep up with her. She bought the car new less than 2 years ago. It had 3 miles or something like that showing. It now has 82000 miles. Yea, I typed that right....

Man, I know of highway trucks that put less miles on. Might want to buy her a heavy haul unit and get to making some coin with all those miles.
Good rain late last night, enough to wake me up when it hit. Unreal, been like this all year.
Oh well, off to see what disasters are in store today. Remember, there are no such things as problems, only opportunities.

I was thinking more like when I was a kid and misbehaved. Dad put my car on blocks and took off the tires.
Happy Saturday morning all y'all. It is awfully cold here on the dry side of the Canadian Rockies today but it is supposed to start getting warmer in a few days. Edmonton is about 200 miles north of here and they got down to just above freezing last night. Whatever system is causing us to have cold and wet weather has Scotty's neck of the woods under heavy rainfall warning.
Mexstan, my BIL owns aand runs a company called TransRockies Events. They run crazy long running and cycling races. Their most recent event was a 6 days race where the runners run a marathon (20 to 24 miles) every day up and down the mountains on back country trails. Two stages of the 6 day event started in Leadville, Colorado, elevation 10,200 ft. Imagine what it would be like for most people tun run a marathon up and down mountains when the race starts at that high elevation. Lots of people really noticed the altitude.
Have a safe and fun Saturday everyone.

Hi gang,
Finally back in the lower 48 - - on Whidbey Island (Washington state) with our son and family. Had some great adventures and some long drives making it on out of Canada. I will share as I can. Finally back on internet. I will try and catch up a bit with a bit more time.
Y'all be good,
Bob
