weather update... sun is out a few clouds and a slight breeze. Very nice day and will continue into the weekend.

Have to stop and wipe the tears out of my eyes. Hard to type when your laughing so hard.

Trad glad you had a good giggle. Laughter IS the best medicine.

Heidi nice to see the cat is earning it's keep and taking care of the varmint population. Good mousers are hard to come by.

Whats up everyone? Nother slow day here. Nothing new in my life, never really is No plans for this evening. I have family coming over sunday for a BBQ, that is pretty much the extent of it all.

Just rolled in from taking dear daughter to the dentist for the 3rd time in a week to get her front baby teeth yanked out. She's cute as a button, can't understand her any more but she's cute. She woke up to her first "deposit" from the tooth fairy ... sure glad I didn't miss that moment as it was priceless .

Came home to a job offer waiting on the answering machine ... they even offered more than I was expecting. So ... I will be heading to Tucson in two weeks on my first training assignment. The timing is kinda bad but what can ya do, right ?

Everyone have a safe holiday weekend and remember to put those seatbelts on.

Of course there are girls here. I'm just looking in the wrong places though. All the girls I meet are snotty, two faced, etc..hard to find a real down to earth and genuine girl in these parts. Plus I have a lot on my plate, and the plate is almost full.

Scott, they call that van the short bus. Makes me think of a cadence we use to have about riding a short bus and taking ritalin. I can't remember the whole thing because we couldn't get through a whole verse. Can't march and laugh together either.

Apparently, the tranny will function until it warms up. It finally stopped when I was trying to turn it around at the bend and was backing up a bank. Claude came around the bend and found a face full of truck. I had walked back to get the blazer and a strap. Gonna get some torch practice in this week I see.

Those bars on the windows weren't really to keep the kidnappers away, they just didn't want to hurt your feelings. You don't have to check the closet at bedtime anymore either. It was just a control tactic. It'll be a bit before I have the axles fixed up for the swap. Got some good pics I'm gonna forward to you for a coil set up since I have most of the stuff for that already.

 

enjoy the weird hours- Got to keep the Left Coast happy up there. will be in Virginia city nevada sept 4-12th International Camel Races, we raise money for an orphanage there AND vie against aussies, Canucks, and some Iranians or whoever shows up for the jockey cup (that just didn't sound like the mental image I know of the trophy)
