Oh well, time to site in the ol Rem 7500 .270 in the am. Found TONS of rutt signs, scat, scrapes, rubs, all over! Getting the itch to get some serious field time in. This is the first hunt with my son-in-law so maybe a family tradition is starting.

Dang Dennis, you scared me. I thought I was the only one working tonight.

Big Storm about to hit, forcaster is saying 60 -80 mph gusts with hail and lots of rain.

Wishing I was in a real building instead of this portable . May have to run and hide, they're calling for twisty clouds now too.

Absolutely beautiful out here this morning. Wish I was sittin in a deer stand waitin for Bambi. I saw a deer out at the ammo bunkers on Friday ... so tame you could walk up and hit it with your boot. The guards feed them regularly so when they smell the grill fire up they come running.

Got a little shoppin to do today. Wifey turns 36 at the end of the month. Got my marchin orders ... better come up with something.

Got clean the leaves outta the gutters on all threee houses today as the forecast is calling for T-storms this afternoon.

Mornin all windy here headed to N. Ill. today pick up a 89 22' Dutchman TT. Been lookin for one I could afford. Guess Ill find out how it pulls in the wind Have a good day all.

 

erie fog outside, barely see the end of the driveway...... only a 100 foot long! gonna be fun tryin to stear around deer I can't see this morning.... finaly somebody got the weeks thread named right, man I wonder how dense a charge this fog is gonna be once squezed thorugh the turbo? hmmmm there is a section of fresh road tar that needs a propper stripoing..... oh well gotta free up a hand to get the coffee flowin.

 

THAT won't happen! I have keys to their offices and a nasty habit of spillin' super-glue on things like pens, coffee cups, and chairs when I perform my janitorial duties!

Pretty windy here this AM, almost blew the slab of coffee off my plate! Supposed to get colder too, so maybe that'll give the guys better luck with getting a few deer too.

Time to go DO something! Ev'ryone have a good Sunday!

Seriously, almost back to normal - - inspector didn't pass the island sink in the kitchen, so now we "GET" to bust up the floor and tile to plumb it in. JOY JOY. Back is killing me from moving furniture - - Scotty says heat, someone else screams ice - - I am soooo confused I figured blend ice and heat and you get room temp, so I do nothing but moan and groan (ssshhhhh, and get to sit and watch football - - don't let the CFO know). They will be back tomorrow morning to start that process, so we can reclean the house of all the cement dust that will be flying all over. Ahhhhh, more fumes when they repair the drywall - - golly, more fun times ahead. oh boy, nudder rainbow over on da udder wall.
