Tuesday in Paradise. 
Work pulling high vacuum.
Is it Friday yet?
Full coffee thermos is the only redeming factor of the morning so far.
Heavy storms rolled though last night, cooler temps and wind today.
Power nap is the only important thing on today's schedule.

Nah .... Boat's knows that all the cool folk hang out in the Goat Locker (and we eat better too !!).
Well, the XO goes on leave for a few days and is leaving me to my own devices ....he forgot to give me his usual "Chief, be easy on the boys this time" speech ... musta slipped his mind

Sooooooo ... command sweep P-test, drug dogs to run thru the place and room inspections for all .... BIG FUN !!!! aahhhhhh . He should have a nice pile of paperwork waiting on him when he returns and of course, I will be comp'ing myself later !!
Get to move into the new office this week as well .... I guess the ship carrying my new furniture must be stuck in the doldrums midway across the Atlantic cuz it still ain't showed up

Oh well ... after this beer is finished, I won't really care who's sittin in my chair .

In a way, they were fun but they were also a real PITA. Never have so few created so much paperwork.... But when we did it as a surprise like this is when we would catch 'em.

Lo and Behold, it's sitting on my dining room table this afternoon.

It was only a one beer job.
Two battery clamp bolts, two screws, six mounting bolts, three cables, one electrical multi-plug and then reverse.
About 45 minutes start to finish.
No more CEL, no Dead Pedal.

Coffee thermos filled to the brim with FRESH, STEAMING, and most important....NOT MINTY-FLAVORED coffee.
Temps a little chilly this morning with highs only headed for the upper 50s.
Sunny skies and breezy.
Forcast for the end of the week is for warm sunny days.
Gotta get the 'Honey-Do' list knocked out before the weekend.
