-15.4 Celsius currently this morning with a windchill of -24. The cal1 was for just under an inch of snow. It's already snowed more than that at my house. Time to go shovel, get stuff ready to go out to work until Christmas, and maybe do some Christmas shopping today. Oh! Need to get the company truck washed and serviced.....darn, where does the time go?

Another wonderful, warm, sunny, free-of white-stuff day here in Paradise. Have some questions for you guys & gals that maliciously want to pelt FiverBob and I with snowballs. What sort of cannon are you using? What are you using for propulsion? Is it a smooth bore or rifled?

Chaikwa, the tires didn't come in for the Camry last week. If they come in this time, I'll try to set something up.

almost 0100 here, -4*f wind chill, small white particulate matter floating in the air............ I hate winter Gonna make walking the base perimeter tonight FUN!!!!
Maybe I'll "twist an ankle" going down the steps and make the new supervisor do the patrols tonight..... I hate winter

Lotta hot and a heavy coat, long johns, extra T-shirt and two pair of socks. I hate winter.

On the plus side, I checked the auto-waterer I installed before I left the house and it hasnt frozen over. Its exposed to the wind too....one recommendation for the Ritchie Auto-Waterers here.....hate winter tho

Sinceits cold outside , teh BOSS has found all sorts of projects for me in the house. She wants to strip the wall paper out of the bed room and put in tongue and groove Cedar paneling. I explained that cold weather was suppossed to mean rest time, but I dont think she is buying that.
I think I'd rather work outside than strip wallpaper. hate the darned winter...

Well, better pretend to be doing something......"Bejeweled" @ yahoo games.....hate the blasted winter.......

Oh! adn BTW they are telling me this is a "Canadian Air front" moving in.... Dang-blasted Canadians... its all their fault!!!!.....Keep yer dang-blasted air to yourselves!!!!!hate cold and winter and now canada.....

I think we need to build a giant fan and place it at the north border, keep that canadian air up where it belongs. Or at least a big vente pipe and bypass the US and blow it down to Mexico... I hear its hot down there....or maybe Florida.......

0630 Tuesday, "The Day After" the "Big" snow in DC. (3-4 inches)
Several roads already closed due to "Torpedo Pilots" plowing into guardrails, ditches etc, many schools opening late, some Govt office on late arrival.

Safe at my desk, feet up, sipping coffee,(from my thermos.....not that Mystery Blend in the DTR Breakroom Coffee Pot)

Y'all B careful out there.
