theres a 4x4 in here somewhere

i have in my possesion a 99 dodge 2500 sport, a 72 f250 and a 72 f100.
i thought i could reskin the the dodge with the ford body and have something respectable.
if it was a 12v and wasnt on its second tranni since i bought it at 275000, i think its at 325000 now, and wasnt sending me after electrical problems in the heater. while i was installing my second transmission my x army tutor mentioned the frame looked sketchy. i know the guy who owned the truck before me did the transfercase at least once. is it possable that the frame is spread too much? is there a better frame for the whole operation. if i could find a frame that would take the cummins easy and lend its self to the ford body as well i think id be in heaven. i have most of the pieces i just dont know how to use/trust them.

Oh, I dunno, you could try the conversions area, but if I had a 24V 5 speed 4X4 truck setting there, I personally would change it to a P7100 pump, adapt the Ford body and enjoy the heck out of it.
