Lift Kit stand still by 2 bolts.

Dang you rusted bolts!

We attempted to remove a pair of front lower control arms on a 2007 Dodge Ram 4×4 truck and we had to cut off the front mounting bolts. Water can enter through the side of the bolt causing it to rust fast to the bolt sleeve inside of the factory’s front bushing.

To be safe I would have a Front Lower Control Arms Cam Bolts Mounting Hardware Package for your 1994-2001 Dodge Ram 4×4 1500 | 1994-2011 Dodge Ram 4×4 2500 & 3500. Finding these on a Saturday afternoon is nearly impossible and would have to be order at dealer.

This might be known by some folks, but I wish I knew it ahead of time. I hope it helps those planning to lift their trucks in the future.

Peace!!

Stock # 06505742AA for my 2007 Ram 2500 5.9 CTD 4x4 HD

I think it fits others too. Not sure which though.

Make sure to spell out your truck. I picked up cam bolts today and they were for an independent for suspension type. I had to walk the guy through his own system. Yes I gave the VIN. LOL and they still got it wrong. Lucky for me they the right ones on hand. To think the truck could have been done days ago.
