Finally bought wheels/tires and got a 2" leveling kit, but still need lift
Finally found the tires and wheels I wanted and headed out west to Sioux Falls yesterday to get everything installed since the wheels/tires were in that area, I had a great shop (GREAT PLAINS CUSTOMS) install a leveling kit since I found out the wheels would'nt fit. 325/60/20 Terra Grapplers w/ 20x10 Moto Metal 951's with an outrageous -12 or -20 ( not sure) offset so the 2" leveling kit is only good for a partial turn, otherwise I get a serious case of RUB. Tires/wheels look awesome and I really dont want a lift kit but I have NO choice. I was talking to the owner at GP Customs while I was there and it seems like I cant do the 3" lift b/c the control arms extended (something like that) and you actually loose tire clearance. Im trying to get the smallest kit that wont rub and 4" or 4.5" is what I have to do, I love the way it looks now. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions or is selling any kits. BTW, the ride w/ the new tires is WOW!!! The whole time I thought the stock shocks were what made me hate the ride and it actually is fine, its amazing how new (NOT MUD TIRES) can change your ride.
I'll take some better pics tomorrow since I just got home today.

After all these posts about wheels and tires and you still got the wrong wheels. If you really dont want to lift it, find a wheel that you like that is 20x8-9 and has 5.5 -6" of backspacing and you wont have any rub anymore. But, your current wheel/tire combo with a 4" lift would look real good.
Yep 4" of lift SHOULD work just fine. The Moto Metals look great, but they are a pain to get the fit just right. The 20's are much worse than the 18's because they are 10" wide and the 18's are 9" wide. I agree with Boz...... that wheel/tire combo would be killer with a 4" lift.

i know if you put the 17x9 moto metal with the offset and then 315 BFG you will be ok with the 2" leveling kit.thats what i have ran on my last two trucks.but with a 35 it is a little bit taller so it will rub or be very close.
Like I said, this is for general reference, I ran 315's 34.5x12.2 on 17x9 inch rims bone stock suspension and couldn't make it rub and I tried everything short of stupid to see if it would. I actually considered not lifting it because of this but the tire looked too bunched up in the well and I already had the lift on order. I like it better with the lift as far as looks and performance.
What I am trying to say is when people like pauly or thurn fab or sean thuren or even me as fairly newbie say you need to run 5.5-6 inches backspacing then you should listen and forget saving a couple hundred on some moto 951's or whatever and start trying to find the proper rims...
No offense, I'm sure he'll be good to go with the right lift etc.. But you should know not to run a leveling kit with that kind of rim.
