Rockwells!

I pick up a set of used rockwell 2 1/2 ton axles for cheap and they are going under my 74'! after it gets painted. Anybody ever messed with these axles before if you have some helpful tips would be nice

I want to get ahold of a front rock so I can cut it up and put rear steer on my D70

There is alot you can do with Rockwells. I'll dig up some companies that offer brake setups and whatnot. The options have grown in the past few years.

Do they have Detroit's in them? Are they shortened? Both steering. Lets see some pics!

I haven't heard good things about usa6x6, you can check out www.ouversonengineering.com though. they have 2 inch 40 spline shafts and other stuff

yea this guy is as good as it get went it comes to rockwells

from what I've read (and ive read alot) while looking into 2.5 and 5ton military trucks. usa6x6 is bad, overson engineering is great.

Not to thread jack, but is USA6x6 all bad? Or more so just driveline, I was thinking about getting some rubber from them once mine wear down, but I may owe you guys some beer if this guy rips people off...

from everything I read just getting stuff from the guy is tough. try gays tires down in georga. Thats where I got my little militarys from. a week ago they had some 11x20's and 13 or 14x20's. I think they were XL's. Thats what I was asking after. Thats what I run on occation.
