Dynatrac free wheeling hubs

Dynatrac free wheeling hubs
Has anybody converted to the dynatrac free wheeling hubs. Did it do anything for fuel economy. Did it feel like it was worth the extra cost. I haven't had any problems yet with this truck but did with my 97 1500.
