Ive got MTR's in the 315 size. This is a great tire, although pricey, They pull the heavy cummins through some bad mud. I have found that they pick up nail, etc, real bad! I'm averaging one a week for the 4 months I've had them. Only a few have made it all the way thru the tire carcass though.

I dont have a digital camera, or else I would get you some pics. I payed $113 each for 265's, which is cheaper than any place online for the same ones.

I'm running the Maxxis Mudders in 315/75R16. I'm at about 8,000 miles on them right now, one rotation at 5,000, and they seem to be wearing pretty well so far. You can see them in my gallery, I think, but not in any real detail. What type of pic do you want to see, I'll snap one or two for you and put them up.

The one from the front is what I wanted. Thanks. How much have they seem to have worn in the 8000 miles.

Not any really noticeable amount. Most of my driving is lightly loaded, and when I pull a trailer it's normally not all that heavy, maybe 3,500-4,000 lbs tops most of the time. That old 9N you can see in my gallery is the heaviest trailered load I've had on it in a couple of years. But I was able to drag that through the mud hole that I got stuck in last year when I still had the stock Michelins on the truck.

The 97 that I want the Mudders for will do no towing (almost). At most three or four bikes on 1500# trailer; so less then 3000# total. All of the mod money is going toward suspension, skid plates, bumpers, and winches. My '99 2wd will get the job of towing when the need comes up. All of its mod money is going into power to make up for the gear swap I did.

I'm trying to get SWMBO to buy a hitch for her Cherokee, and then we can use that for most of our towing since it's so light. It might not pull my truck out of the mud, but I'll guarantee my truck'll yank that thing out!
