10,00 lb ft of Torque in the Southwest is completed

Well it was a total success!!! over 60 truck showed, we rolled 39 and raised well over $2000! (still have 2 more donations to collect that will hopefully bring us over the $3k mark!)

We had a big HP megacab that laid down 948 hp 1919 tq and broke the strap on a pull! (that was scary)

lots of people, lots of music, smoke and good times!

thank you to all that came

Team XLR8R (Farmersville Texas)
RowJ from Oklahoma
Wildcat (Phoenix)

We also had a dealer shootout (Melloy Dodge, Don Chalmers Ford and Galles Chevrolet) Well the big Dodge took the trophy home at 269hp (12 more than GM and 47 more than Ford). These were bone stock off the show room trucks still with dealers stickers all over them and we put them on the rollers to get real life numbers! It was fun runnin the Dodge on the rollers, that 6.7 does pull pretty good and I even thought about sellin ol black and gettin a new one after I got out of it!

Many others from out of state and thank you for coming!

Flash Automotive is already talking about hosting next years event!

Thanks Wildcat and Cd in NM for all your help and You too ANDY!! I could not have done it without your help!

We also had a nice bomb party at my place before and after the event. good times!!!

I could say that this thread is NO GOOD without PICS, but, I am assuming they are forthcoming?

A GOOD TIME was had by all. LOTS and LOTS of TOTALLY HOT TRUCKS and TOTALLY GREAT PEOPLE.

A GREAT BIG THANKS goes out to ALL who attended, also a GREAT BIG THANKS to ALL the GREAT VENDORS who took the time to come and help out this WORTHY CAUSE.

On a side note - I bought an Ice Box Intake when they first came out for the 2006 model. I had some hood interference, nothing that I couldn't live with, but still, a little interference just the same.

I was talking with Mark about it, he told me they had made some changes over time due to those interferences and that he could mod my box for me to make it right.

So, we made a trip over to my truck, popped the hood, he took a look at it. Much to my suprise he GAVE ME a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT at NO CHARGE.

Ice Box has a lifetime guarantee on their product, 100% guarantee.

I could not thank Mark enough for taking that good care of me, again, THANKS very much Mark.
