Stolen Truck (keep an eye out guys)

YEP! You heard right. Happy Thanksgiving to me! Woke up this morning and it wasn't in the driveway. Didn't hear a thing. There are actually tire tracks in the street that lead me to believe it was a wrecker that came and took it. I am up to date on all my payments so it has nothing to do with the bank. Called the police dept. and there isn't a whole lot that they can do other then wait and see. Oh and a police officer lives right next door and his squad car sits in his driveway. Please keep your eyes and ears open for me guys. here is what she looks like

That's why alot of theives are resorting to tow truck. nobody questions them.
There was alot of that goin on around here last year, but the cops started pulling over ALL tow trucks.

DANG Nick,.....I am VERY SORRY to hear about your truck!! I HATE a fricking thief! Cris S. had called me earlier about this and I told him to get the tag number and VIN etc. so I can get the information out to my L.E. buddies down here.

No problem at all Nick! I know we are ALL glad to help you. I hope we can find it for you. I have also posted this in our Moderators Forum and Jack Thorpe will see it there. As you may or may not know, he is a N.C. State Trooper in the Raleigh area so he can get the word out up there too. You never know where these stolen vehicles are going to go.

The truck has the door handles, mirrors, and fender flares painted the color of the truck.

If I see one like it around here I'll follow 'em - if they stop somewhere I'll give them a business card and get a good look at them while I call the police. I notice diesel trucks regardless of make or model and would see one like that for sure. Keep your head up and I really hope you find it. What's the insurance company saying?

thanks buddy. they are going to wait 30 days and if it doesn't turn up then they will give me what the truck values at minus over $20k of mods and accessories that i have put into the truck. sucks, doesn't it?

I'm up here in Camp Lejeune but I'll keep a look out. Definately a nice looking truck and I'll remember what it looks like!

It can be tricky to find an insurance company that will cover what you have in your truck but you can pay a little more to have stated value coverage. I had this type of coverage on my Bronco II since I have more in the motor than what a Bronco II with 0 miles on it is worth. If something like this happens you just have to show proof that you put those mods in your truck.
